The Leslie Eason Real Estate Team of Keller Williams is a growing team with an excellent reputation.
We are excited to be hiring for the position of Real Estate Listing and Operations Manager.
This person will be responsible for the end-to-end management of property listings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, for managing overall operations and administrative activities for the team, optimizing processes, and providing essential support to our real estate agents.
The role encompasses overseeing listings from the initial appointment through the transaction coordination, post-closing, and continuous evaluation based on client satisfaction.
Note that this is not a Real Estate sales position.
Responsibilities: 1.
Listing Management: * Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of property listings, from the initial appointment through the listing process, listing marketing, transaction coordination, and post-closing activities.
* Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by anticipating needs and proactively addressing questions, ensuring clients are well-informed at every stage.
* Implement client feedback mechanisms to gauge satisfaction, measured by the number of 5-star reviews.
* On the ground support of listings, including signs, lockboxes, staging, property checks.
Coordination of photographers, measurers, contractors and repairs.

Operational Systems Development: * Develop and document comprehensive operational systems, including but not limited to new employee and agent onboarding and training, transaction coordination, compliance and commission processes.
* Build and maintain standardized checklists and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
* Develop a centralized system for storing and accessing all procedures and training * Conduct regular training sessions to educate team members on new processes and systems.

Client Communication and Experience: * Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their listing and address any concerns or questions promptly.
* Anticipate client needs to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience throughout the listing and transaction process.
* Establish and maintain a reputation for excellent customer service and responsiveness.
* Answer day to day questions from sellers.

Financial Tracking: * Track and manage financials to improve profitability, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance financial performance.
5.
Agent and Administrative Support: * Answering phone calls during the day, and managing emails for the CEO * Provide operational support to real estate agents, including assistance with paperwork, scheduling, and coordination.
* Collaborate with agents to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
* Act as a point of contact between agents and other internal departments, fostering effective communication.
Qualifications: * Experience in Real Estate or a related field.
* Able to obtain Real Estate License within the first year * Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets, and google suite or microsoft office * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Performance Indicators: * Client satisfaction ratings (measured through reviews and testimonials).
* Timely completion of listings and transactions with 90% of listings sold * Adherence to operational checklists and processes.
* Financial metrics related to listing profitability.
* Agent feedback and engagement.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.
00 - $50,000.
