*Job Title: Director of Marketing* *Company: Dead End Game Calls and Dead End Fishing* *Location: Boone, NC | Remote options considered* *Overview:* The Dead End brand of products including Dead End Game Calls and Dead End Fishing, a leading name in the outdoor industry, is seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to fill the role of Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the outdoor industry, exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, and a proven track record of successfully leading and growing creative teams within outdoor brands.
This position requires strategic thinking, a comprehensive understanding of product launches, brand-centered content creation, and effective advertising strategies to elevate and complement the Dead End brand.
Responsibilities: *Strategic Marketing Leadership:* * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand vision.
* Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.
*Creative Team Management:* * Have the ability to lead and manage a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Oversee the creation of compelling visual content, ensuring it aligns with the brand identity.
*Product Launch Strategy:* * Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches, ensuring maximum impact and market penetration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate successful product introductions.
*Advertising Expertise:* * Create well-thought-out advertising campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
* Utilize various channels and mediums to reach the target market effectively.
*Content Distribution Knowledge:* * Possess a deep understanding of content distribution channels, optimizing reach and engagement.
* Leverage live streaming and podcast platforms for effective brand promotion.
*Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency:* * Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including but not limited to Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
*Industry Experience:* * Bring experience in the outdoor industry, with a focus on hunting, fishing and/or game calls.
*Requirements:* * Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the outdoor industry.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on video editing, graphic design, and animation.
* Experience in managing and growing creative teams.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* In-depth knowledge of product launches and brand-focused content creation.
* Familiarity with live streaming and podcast platforms for marketing purposes.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
