Seeking Larger Parcel with newer shop or home (Mitchell County)

I am looking for 10+ acres on land with newer shop, newer home & shop or infrastructure in place to store belongings until a house is completed.
Potential short term or long term owner finance with terms acceptable to you or the sale contingent on selling my home in Collier County Florida within an agreed period of time.
I would prefer a sloping topography with buildable area/s and out of any flood zone with some infrastructure in place.
I am looking in the Mitchell County Spruce Pine area but would consider other similar locations.
An unrestricted parcel would be a bonus.
