It is off the main road that leads to Sugar Mountain and is a short drive to Beach Mountain, both ski areas.
This unit sleeps 8 and is available 2/15-2/20/2024 during Presidents Weekend.

There is a fitness room onsite.
There are many stairs / steps on property which includes getting to units.
There are no elevators to units.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with ample space in the unit.
There is a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 sleeper sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop / oven.
The unit has a washer and dryer.
There are TVs in the living area as well as in both bedrooms.
Internet access is also available.
The in unit fireplace adds to the rustic feel of the resort, There are 2 groceries close by.
It is a short drive to Boone, NC or Blowing Rock.
A guest certificate charge $75 will be added that is NOT included in the price if required for booking.
At present (date of post 10/5/2023) this is not required but maybe enforced for 2024 bookings.
If required in 2024 $75 will be added to the total cost.
Payment methods include personal check, bank certified cashier’s check, Zelle money transfer (2 payments), or Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer.
50% non-refundable deposit required to hold with balance due January 10, 2023.
