Water is turned off at the campground from Oct.
15th until April.
There is a bathhouse and on site laundry facility.
There only 13 campsites in the campground and all are permanently utilized, so no temporary or overnight camping is there.
The camper is about 15 minutes from West Jefferson and about 25 minutes from Boone.
Numerous attractions are in the area which makes it a very nice vacation spot.
The camper is in good condition for its age, because it has been covered for a significant part of its life.
The only currently known issues are: a new toilet was installed last year, and it is usable.
However, the water connection would not quite reach so water is not currently connected to it.
Also, the water heater sometimes takes a while to light, but we have always been able to use it successfully.
