*Introduction:*
Boone Voyage, a rental property software and owner-operator company located in Boone, NC, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and varied support to our CEO.
This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of tasks, blending professional responsibilities with personal assistance to ensure the CEO can focus on strategic objectives.
Ideal candidates will possess a blend of administrative excellence, project coordination skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage personal tasks with discretion.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, facilitating internal and external communication, coordinating with contractors
* Assist with project coordination within the company, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
* Handle personal tasks for the CEO with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, including but not limited to scheduling personal appointments, organization, purchasing, managing household vendors, and coordinating travel plans.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, improving communication and project flow.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level management.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Familiarity with office management tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and the capacity to adapt to new software, including project management tools like Trello or Jira.
* Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
* Must have reliable transportation for errands and tasks that may require local travel.
* Preferred: Bookkeeping and electronic filing experience
*Work Hours:*
This contract position is expected to require around 20 hours per week, with the potential for adjustment based on the CEO's needs.
*Compensation:*
Starting at $18/hr, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
