Bookkeeper

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with Quickbooks software.
Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling accounts and ensuring entries are correct - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation - Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles - Proficiency in General Ledger Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Debits/Credits, and Bank Reconciliation - Strong knowledge of accounting software systems, including QuickBooks - Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.
